Shipping Policy
We do our best to ship all orders placed before 3 pm EST Monday through Friday that same day. Priority is given to Overnight and 2nd Day Air shipments. FedEx Ground service delivery time to US & Canadian addresses is up to 6 business days and is determined by delivery address.
Overnight, 2nd day and Ground shipping are available on checkout for North American customers. We ship all orders within North America via FedEx or USPS as chosen on checkout.
Please note FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is specified on checkout we will contact you prior to shipping your order to confirm a street address for FedEx delivery.
Saturday delivery is available to most areas, please call us at 1-866-610-6004 to confirm availability, FedEx Saturday delivery surcharge is $15.00.
Shipping within the USA and Canada
(48 contiguous states):
Your order will be shipped from our Florence, Kentucky location by the FedEx or USPS service selected on checkout.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico:
All orders will be shipped from our Florence, Kentucky location by either FedEx Overnight, 2nd Day or Ground (Ground service can take up to 8 business days to some parts of Hawaii and Alaska) or USPS service as selected on checkout.
Shipping globally (outside the US & Canada):
Orders will be shipped from our Florence, Kentucky location by FedEx International Priority or Economy service.
USA and International Shipping Policy
We ship outside North America under the following terms:
You agree to assume all shipping costs. If the package is returned to us by your country’s customs department, we will refund the price of the products but we will not refund the cost of shipping. We will not be liable for the shipping cost in this or any other case. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Some countries have restrictions that will not allow delivery of some natural health products. We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside North America.
International shipments (outside of North America) may be subject to taxes, duties, or other customs fees upon delivery. As the recipient you are responsible for any such fees at the point of delivery. Please understand we do not collect or make these charges. All taxes and fees are solely up to your country’s tax authority and customs officers.
Return Policy
We accept returns on unopened, sealed items in resalable condition within 60 days from date of delivery.
Should you wish to return any items, you must contact our office for a return authorization number along with return instructions, this will allow us to ensure there will be no delay in issuing your refund.
We can give you a store credit for the purchase price of the returned items, or we can refund the purchase price to the credit card or paypal account on which your order was placed.

Please note: For a refund of any item, the item must be returned in unopened resalable condition. Please ensure items are safely packed so they will not be damaged in transport. We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or for products returned after 60 days. When returning items, please use Insured U.S. Mail tracking to ensure proper delivery of your return. Returns without a Return authorization will not be accepted. If you refuse your delivery you will be responsible for all charges associated with it’s refusal and these fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please allow 5 to 10 days for refunds to be processed.

No selling, renting or revealing your personal information
At CanineKidneyHealth.com we protect your privacy as if it were our own. We NEVER sell, trade, rent, or reveal your personal information to others. Contact information from all forms (including name, address, email address, payment info, etc.) is used to process and deliver orders and mail information about our company to our customers. At no time will we share any of this information with any other person or company. Any financial information our customers submit, such as credit card number and expiration date, is used only to charge the customer for products and services they are purchasing. We use a state-of-the-art order processing system that keeps credit card information on file in a secure, encrypted form. This speeds up processing of repeat orders, while keeping the information hidden from everyone except the involved financial institution and our secure gateway, Internet Secure. When placing an online order, your credit card number is not visible to order processing personnel. Same is true for telephone orders after your order is placed and processed. Your credit card number is encrypted in our secure database at all times.
No Spam
We do not use, nor do we condone the use of unsolicited bulk email. We do email our customers with order confirmations, and periodically information about product specials and follow-ups to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you do not wish to receive any email from us at all, simply notify us and we will not send you any correspondence.
