We do our best to ship orders placed before 3 pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. Overnight and 2nd Day Air orders are given priority.
Standard shipping is free on US orders over $99. For orders under $99, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the service you choose, and the exact cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Expedited options (FedEx 2nd Day and Overnight) are also priced at checkout.

Orders ship from our US warehouse by FedEx International Priority or FedEx International Connect Plus. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. International shipments may be subject to taxes, duties or other customs fees on delivery, and these are the recipient's responsibility. Some countries restrict the delivery of natural health products, and we cannot be responsible for customs restrictions in your country. If a package is returned to us by your country's customs department, we will refund the price of the products, less shipping costs and any return fees charged to us by the carrier.
