Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please pack items safely and use an insured, tracked service (we recommend insured US Mail with tracking) so your return reaches us.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away and we will take care of it at no cost to you.
Please do not refuse a delivery. Carriers charge higher fees for refused packages, and those fees would have to be deducted from your refund. Contact us instead and we will walk you through the return process.
Shipping fees on international orders are not refundable. If a package is returned to us by customs, we will refund the product price less shipping and any return fees charged by the carrier.
