Shipping Policy

We do our best to ship all orders placed before 3 pm EST Monday through Friday that same day. Priority is given to Overnight and 2nd Day Air shipments. FedEx Ground service delivery time to US & Canadian addresses is up to 6 business days and is determined by delivery address.

Overnight, 2nd Day and Ground shipping are available on checkout for North American customers. We ship all orders within North America via FedEx or USPS as chosen on checkout.

Please note FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Saturday delivery is available to most areas, please call us at 1-866-610-6004 to confirm availability, FedEx Saturday delivery surcharge is $19.00.

Shipping within the USA and Canada

(48 contiguous states):

Your order will be shipped from our US warehouse by the FedEx or USPS service selected on checkout.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico:

All orders will be shipped from our US warehouse by either FedEx Overnight, 2nd Day or Ground (Ground service can take up to 8 business days to some parts of Hawaii and Alaska) or USPS service as selected on checkout.

Shipping globally (outside the US & Canada):

Orders will be shipped from our US warehouse by FedEx International Priority or Economy service.

USA and International Shipping Policy

We ship outside North America under the following terms:

You agree to assume all shipping costs. If the package is returned to us by your country’s customs department, we will refund the price of the products but we will not refund the cost of shipping. We will not be liable for the shipping cost in this or any other case. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund along with any return shipping fees assessed to us by the carrier.

Some countries have restrictions that will not allow the delivery of some natural health products. We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside North America.

International shipments (outside of North America) may be subject to taxes, duties, or other customs fees upon delivery. As the recipient, you are responsible for any such fees at the point of delivery. Please understand we do not collect or make these charges. All taxes and fees are solely up to your country’s tax authority and customs officers.
